How funny, my favourite Floridian (you know who you are) invited me to Miami for thanksgiving dinner. I thought ‘Who in the world goes to Miami for dinner?’. The very next day my agent messaged asking if I’d like to sail the Western Caribbean, finishing, you guessed it, in Miami on Thanksgiving Day. I love a good serendipity-doo-day-day.

This of course is my final trip of the year. I’m looking forward to the holidays and indeed most of the ski season tucked away in our mountain nest. Time to let the suitcases rest for a bit. My family is pretty convinced I’ll stumble into another adventure, but that’s the plan for the moment.
